Replacement Eligibility

Proof Required for Replacement
To help us resolve your concern smoothly, we kindly request:
• A complete unboxing video (starting before opening the sealed package)
• The shipping label clearly visible in the video
• A continuous video without cuts or edits
• Clear photos showing the issue
Replacement may not be possible if:
• Unboxing video is not available
• Issue reported after 24 hours
• Product is used or washed
• Product is not in original packaging
• Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen display)
• Size issues (we request checking the size chart before ordering)
